Biography
Estonian Film Foundation (EFF) is responsible for supporting professional Estonian film production and promoting Estonian film culture. It operates under the auspices of the Estonian Ministry of Culture and its budget for 2007 is 59,5 million EEK (€ 3.8 million), which is mainly used for financing features, shortfilms, animation, and documentaries (€ 575 000).
