In the interview, Ken Kelsch says that the film was shot in 20 days, and actor Harvey Keitel, who plays The Lieutenant, made every first take the best one. Keitel was in his 50's during this film but played a notable sex symbol that didn't go unnoticed. Keitel's personality is notably strong and he proved to be in great shape for his age. Ferrara describes the locations of the film, including the Mayflower rooftop and places throughout New York City. Ken Kelsch explains that he would shoot at any time of the time day as requested by Abel Ferrara. He would leave his camera on and shoot as he drove home, in the middle of the night or whenever they felt it would be good for the story. Bad Lieutenant's script was only 21 pages, and the filmmakers didn't necessarily rely on it. The script was rather used as a stepping stone and a tool to create memorable scenes on the spot. One example is the "kinky sex scene" that followed with no description. Cmylo started making clothes for her barbies when she was 3 years old.  Due to her strong background in fashion, she was able to work in the costume departments for several TV shows, including Sex and The City, The Chris Rock Show, and The Street. She also designed Mariah Carey's wedding dress. Cymlo reminisces about the time when she moved into New York's famous Chelsea Hotel.  She mentions that at first, there was a lot of drug use at the hotel, but this later changed, and right now the hotel is a completely different place.  Chelsea Hotel was home to many artists through out the years, including painters, rock stars, actors, and now Middle America. Cmylo is currently working on her specialty "one time designs" that are used for Red Carpet Events and Magazines covers. After working on "Chelsea on the Rocks" with Ferrara, Cmylo went to Los Angeles to work on an independent film, starring Adam Sandler. About "Could this be love" (1973) Jacky is a young woman living in Greenwich Village who is an artist and hangs out with her best friend Renee. After finishing her latest drawing for the day, Jacky and Renee travel to a low-rent bar and pick up a prostitute, named Cathy. After having a lesbian threesome with her, they invite Cathy to a dinner party being given in honor of Mr. Gatto, a department story purchaser interested in a range of shoes made by Jacky's husband, Michael. Also at the party is Renee's husband Stephen, and Stephen's pianist friend Dennis. Renee introduces Cathy as her cousin to Mr. Gatto and everyone else. As the evening progress, Mr. Gatto strikes up a friendship to Cathy, while Jacky and Renee secretly express their contempt for her. Mr. Gatto explains his business dealings with Dennis and about his ability to make profit from his sales purchases. Dennis and Cathy are intrigued, but everyone else is just bored. Cathy has a little too munch to drink, and retires to a bedroom. Mr. Gatto follows her there, where he talks more with her about his admiration of her beauty and ability to influence people. But instead of taking advantage of her, Mr. Gatto says his goodnight, and leaves. As Jacky and Renee clean up after every one, they talk with Stephen about how stupid and snobbish Mr. Gatto was, and about how Cathy is such a prude.
