The Dragon, a mysterious criminal, wants to prevent international airways from beginning service in Mongolia. He provokes an air crash, which is being investigated by Ace Drummond, an airplane pilot. In Mongolia, Ace discovers a suspicious plane that seems to be involved in the accident. It leads him to two archeologists and to Peggy, who is searching for her father, held by The Dragon.
