The old stodgy typeface, Times New Roman, meets some unruly urban Graffiti in an apartment complex for letters. Can these two typographic foes co-exist? In this true to life portrayal of apartment living, Jonathan Ng explores the issues of conflict, communication and cohabitation. And just when it all seems to have been worked out, the solution may prove to be much more complex.

The animation technique is a combination of hand-drawn on paper, and hand-drawn digital.
