Etico Capital's Jeffrey Berman on Afghanistan's Education and Economy

Jeffrey Berman, a partner at Etico Capital, discusses Film Annex's initiatives in Afghanistan. Berman says that politics aside, entrepreneurial companies like Film Annex will be the forces behind what moves Afghanistan's economy forward. Education is the key to people's success.

Jeffrey Berman has more than 25 years experience in the investment banking sector and has overseen capital raising for small cap companies throughout his career, having raised over $1 Billion for micro-cap and “nano”-cap companies principally in the healthcare and technology sectors. Jeffrey was recently head of Investment Banking for Olympus Securities, LLC. Prior experience includes Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Gruntal & Co., LLC where he was Board Member as well as a member of the Capital Commitment Committee, and was a Principal and Head of Investment Banking at Hampshire Securities. Jeffrey has a BS from The American University and an MBA from NYU Graduate School of Business.
