Eva Hoffmann on Afghanistan's Education, Economy and IT Infrastructure

Eva Maria Hoffmann is part of the Center of International and Intercultural Communication (ZiiK) at the Technical University of Berlin in Germany.

Since 2002, the ZiiK has been working on establishing IT infrastructure and the academic development of Computer Science in the Afghan higher education system.

Eva Hoffmann has been a lecturer in Computer Science at the University of Herat for several years.
