While hitchhiking, a teenaged Dawn is abducted by Karl, a killer who drugs and holds her hostage in a secret room in his house.
In Karl's mind, Dawn is his estranged lover from the past. In an effort to stay alive, Dawn plays out his fantasies and in doing so becomes emotionally dependent on him. A love hate relationship develops.
Through the dark house with only a knife to protect her, she's determined to stay alive and seek justice no matter the cost. A young woman against a psycho - the outcome could be fatal!
