Kathryn's Coming Out Story

Kathryn Beranich grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and came out in the 70’s. Her involvement with the feminist movement and the Milwaukee women’s theater collective in college helped her discovery her sexuality. As a young woman, she worked as a TV director in Roanoke, Virginia, and found a vibrant LGBTQ community there and was very active in the movement. Today, she lives in Los Angeles with her partner and has 2 beautiful children. Kathryn still works in the entertainment industry as a very successful Producer, Director, and Executive. Many of her projects have been broadcasted on E! Entertainment. Kathryn’s story is inspiring, witty, and wonderful!
