Los Angeles 1961. The War was over for Gene Donaldson... or so he thought.

As an Allied POW shot down during the air war over Hitler's Europe, Gene Donaldson (Bernardi) watched his comrades meet violent ends at the hands of a sadistic Nazi officer.

Now, twenty years later, in a chance meeting, Gene comes face to face with Viktor Brack (Vance), the ex-Gestapo interrogator responsible for the murders of several American POW's, including Gene's bombardier. Confronted with this awful reality, Gene embarks on a journey of desperation, sorrow, self-destruction and revenge as he obsessively stalks the ex-Nazi.
