10:30 p.m. A car is burning in the parking lot of the projects. This solitary act is the result of a series of events that link a number of people: a single mother with alcoholic tendencies, an ambitious political candidate, a newly graduated university student, as well as a ghetto youth with no scruples. All of them are affected by this criminal act which will also cause clashes between youths and police forces, with devastating consequences.
