Steve and Ben kick off the 2012 new season of "FiST Chat" with a discussion on diet and ageing. Scientists have discovered in a study on mice that eating less leads to ageing less, while in another study, rodents that ate a high fat diet saw damage in a crucial region of the brain that controls body weight. The moral of the story? Eat less, age less! Steve and Ben discuss the issue in line with Western diets.
