Francesco Rulli CEO & President of Film Annex is interviewed at United Nations by Ambassador Muhamed Sacirbey. Interview focuses on two complementary projects, one to enhance Afghanistan Education/Development through building schools in Afghanistan with Internet classrooms and the other to assist US and other Veterans realize their employment and/or entrepreneurship opportunities.

The Afghan Development Project (AF) and the Global Initiative for Veteran Entrepreneurship (G.I.V.E.) are part of what Francesco defines as “No Politics, Just the Internet” and “Positive Stories or Success Stories to and from Afghanistan.” This is the type of functional diplomacy all of us can use!
