"Phoenix" est un tueur à gage d’envergure internationale, il a rendez vous avec La Mort. Il doit renégocier avec La Mort, les termes d’un contrat signé à ses débuts.

Ce contrat stipule qu’il cède 15% de ces rentes à La Mort en guise de dédommagements pour les modifications administratives sur "La Liste" ainsi que les suppléments d’activités dues à la récupération des âmes défuntes.

Phoenix aimerait diminuer ce taux usurier pour une part plus raisonnable étant donné son activité et ses cachets, cela resterait raisonnable.

La Mort arrive au rendez vous, vêtue d’un costume drapé et de sa faux, Phoenix est déstabilisé par cette arrivée. Il se lance dans son plaidoyer, La Mort ne lui répond pas. Il s’arrête et demande une explication sur ce silence et sur ce costume. La Mort retire alors son costume, laissant apparaître une jolie jeune femme en tenue sexy et maquillée de manière outrancière.

Morigane rigole et lui explique qu’elle arrive d’une soirée costumée, la conversation dérive alors sur son poste et ses responsabilités.

Morgiane est la fille de Dieu, donc la sœur de Jesus, son père lui a refilé ce poste pensant bien faire. Ce piston s’avère être un cauchemar pour elle. C’est un poste à réelles responsabilités qui demande un travail de chaque instant.

Phoenix essaye tant bien que mal de revenir à son objectif premier mais Morgiane ne cesse de se plaindre, leur conversation dérape sur son piston raté, et ses rapports avec son père. La jeune femme craque soudain en larme, légèrement provoqué par Phoenix. Il tente ainsi de profiter de la situation pour obtenir gain de cause.

Soudain on frappe à la porte, Morgiane explique qu’elle attendait quelqu’un, Phoenix va ouvrir. Derrière celle-ci se trouve un jeune homme qui sort un revolver et abat Phoenix.

Celui-ci se relève au dessus de son corps baignant dans son sang, il se tourne vers Morgiane, pour avoir une explication.
Elle lui explique alors qu’elle cherchait un partenaire pour assurer un mi-temps avec elle, mais qu’elle ne savait pas comment le lui proposer.

Phoenix est maintenant dans une position un peu délicate, rejoindre le monde des morts ou devenir La Mort à mi-temps pour le reste de ses jours.

Choix qui n’en représente plus un, depuis qu’il a passé l’arme à gauche, le comble pour un tueur à gage, de surcroît droitier !

"Phoenix" is an international hit man who has an appointment with Death. He has to negotiate with it, concerning the terms of a contract he signed at the beginning of his career.

This contract stipulates "Phoenix" would have to give 15% of his income to Death as a compensation for all the administrative changes on “The List” as well as the increase of activities due to the recovery of the deceased souls.

Phoenix hopes to decrease this usurer tax for a more reasonable part, because his activity and his paid are more important than at his start.

Death arrives to the appointment, dressed in a draped costume and a scythe, and Phoenix is destabilized by this arrival. He starts his plea, but Death doesn’t say a word. "Phoenix" stops and asks for an explanation about this silence and the dress. Death takes off his costume, revealing a pretty young lady with a sexy dress and an outrageous make up.

Morgiane laughs and explain to him she’s coming back from a costume party, the conversation drifts on her work and responsibilities.

Morgiane is God’s daughter and Jesus’s sister. Phoenix tries harder as he can to keep focus on his first aim but Morgiane doesn’t stop complaining. Their discussion drifts on this unsuccessful string pulling, and her relations with her father. The young lady can’t resist and falls in tears. "Phoenix" tries in this way to take advantage of the situation to obtain what he wants.

Suddenly they hear a knock on the door, Morgiane explains that she is waiting for someone, Phoenix goes to open the door. Behind this one he finds a young man who brings out a gun and shoots him.

Phoenix gets up above his bloody body; he turns to Morgiane, to have an explanation.

She explains to him she is looking for a part-time partner, but she doesn’t really know how to ask him.

Phoenix is now in a bit delicate position, join the world of the dead, or become The Death for a part-time and for the rest of his days (in a way!). This is not really a choice, since the moment he died.

This short film is a writing process for the moment, it would be a 15'.
The cast for actors and crew has already started.
My wish is to shoot it in Dv cam or Hd cam with 35mm kit.
I will be shoot at the end of august or early september.
I'll produce it by my own, but if someone is interested to help me.
