Are developed economies losing jobs to emerging and developing markets or is cause something more: Another report from US Federal Reserve indicated that corporations were not hiring for higher quality jobs because they were able to secure part-time employees at lower wages and without having to offer worker benefits. Is globe including developed and emerging economies nurturing a new class of working poor, despite willingness to work and adequate skills, nonetheless able to meet basic living standards.
