The extent of the vast humanitarian crisis across Pakistan is yet to unfold. Even though the swollen rivers are receding in the north, waters were still rising in the south. The number of flood victims in need of food, shelter and clearn water continues to grow daily. An estimated 4 million people are displaced in Sindh Province, and only a fraction have received aid.
