ParaNorman Speaks! Interview with Kodi Smit-McPhee

I strongly believe that Kodi Smit-McPhee is a talented actor. He wowed us in “The Road” with Viggo Mortensen, and he was incredible in “Let Me In” the remake of “Let the Right One In.” Smit-McPhee has a knack for choosing thought-provoking pieces that challenge him as an actor.
In the new movie “ParaNorman,” the actor voices the role of the 11-year-old Norman, the boy who sees dead people. In this interview, we talked about:

*** His attraction to voicing the character of the boy who sees dead people
*** How he chooses his roles
*** Why “ParaNorman” is layered
*** How his voice changed in the middle of making the movie
*** Does he believe in paranormal activity?
*** What does he want kids to take away from the movie?

Have fun!
