Serbia Rep to UN, Bosnia & Herzegovina Debate before UN Security Council

War and ethnic cleansing are no longer perpetrated upon Bosnia & Herzegovina, but peace is still to take a full hold. As this debate before the UN Security Council projects, much progress is being made and average citizens are more eager to return to the roots of what in the past had made this multi-ethnic country prosper as a hub for artists and artisans. However, much remains to be overcome, particularly as it relates to return of refugees and displaced persons from which they were terrorized, reintegration of the country and the functioning of state institutions. Serbia Ambassador to UN testifies before the UN Security Council.
