Unfortunately in some societies disabled persons may be seen as a burden. In others, they are recognized more fully as not only contributors but with the capacity, vision ans will to contribute and perhaps uniquely.

Stevie Wonder, "Diplomat-Artist" and as United Nations Messenger of Peacejoined UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to highlight the contributions of disabled persons, and particularly in the context of the UN Millennium Development Goals.

The UN Secretary General also asked Stevie Wonder to employ his hit song "Signed, Sealed Delivered" to UN's climate agenda.
