A short 16 mm film about the future and the failure of technology...'The Raw Transmission' was shot in Boston on a faulty Bolex film camera that had registration problems.
The resulting glitchy footage was then scratched and painted upon to create the end result...A film about failed technology that was shot on failed technology.
The voice heard throughout is mine (slowed down digitally). The background hums and grumbles were recorded off of various television channels and altered further as well.
