Ambassador Muhamed Sacirbey interviews the Afghan Citadel Software Company CEO Roya Mahboob and Film Annex Founder/President, Francesco Rulli at the United Nations TV station in New York City. The three talk about Film Annex's new initiative, The Afghan Development Project, and how it is helping the young Afghan students to get connected to the world outside their classrooms.

In this video, Rulli talks about the role of USAID in Afghanistan and how Kathleen McGowan (Senior Advisor for Persian Affairs at USAID) has helped the Afghan Development Project by introducing the Mobile Payment System, which allowed Film Annex to reward individuals in Afghanistan.

Rulli goes on to explain the relationship between USAID and Film Annex and how the nature of their relationship is based on co-promotion.
