Is buying on Filmannex, safe?
Yes, we are using the Authorize.net service and we don’t record your credit card informations.
Uploading videos on Filmannex
Film Annex empowers the filmmaker to take vital decisions for
the distribution of his/her productions.
The filmmaker decides the sales prices for each film, the type of player (ex. Quicktime,
Flash, Microsoft Media, etc.) and the quality/size of each film/file on-line.
The filmmaker can post multiple versions of the same film title
at different quality and price.

Format: what you prefer
Data Rate: max 2000kbps
Frame Rate: Same as source
High quality Screen Size: max width 640px *
I-pod quality Screen Size: max width 320px *
Trailer quality Screen Size: width: 320px height: 240px
Data Size: max 20mb per minute
Max file size: 1.1gb
*keep height and width divisible by 4.

.I can't see the movie I just bought, what can I do?
The first thing to check is to be sure that you have quicktime 7 plugin installed on your system.
If you have Quicktime 7 installed and still can’t see the movies, contact us.
I want to see the film in full screen, what can I do?
You have two options:
- You can purchase Quick Time pro and will be a one time cost of about $29.99
- Or you can install iTunes and drag the film file in iTunes, This trick will allow you to watch the film in full screen and avoid spending the $29.99.
I want to see the movie I just bought on my telvision, how can I do it?
You can use a program to create DVDs in order to do it:

After you burned the dvd, you can enjoy the movie in high resolution on your TV!
You can watch the Film Annex films from your computer directly on your TV.
Here an example: TV Sharp Aquos, Computer: Macbook Pro.
The TV has a HDMI port (video only) and RCA ports (audio), the
Computer a DVI port (video) and a Mini Plug port for audio.
You can easily purchase the cables and connect the two.
1 cable: HDMI to DVI (video), one Y cable with 2 RCA plugs and 1
Mini Plug (audio).
How big can you watch the film without losing quality?
We believe that you can see the best quality on screens of 40 to 60 inches.
The quality vary from film to film and from TV to TV but out tests proved our files and encoding perform very well in the range of the 40-60 inches screens on most TV’s.
Can I upload my own art on filmannex?
If you are a producer or a partecipant to one of our contests, you can upload your movies on Filmannex.
