Films ARGOS

Films Argos is a French film production company, based in Cannes.
Created in 2009 by Philippe Cardella, an already active member in the film production field.
Film Argos aims to promote projects the world over.
The projects, mostly written by Marc Ligez and Philippe Cardella, are based on creative and original ideas and screenplays.  We present them during European and international festivals, such as FiF or MIPTV.
We are involved in movies, dramas, animations, series, short stories, documentaries and live events...

Our sister Company will soon start in Phoenix, Arizona, USA with the contribution of Pascal Agosta, and will expand its operations to the North American Market. This sister Company will be named Phoenix Cinema, after the Arizona's largest city and Capital.

Films Argos express itself through 2 ways :

• Films Argos, is a French production Company that works mainly in the French Cinema market. Philippe Cardella, the principle of Films Argos, writes screenplays as Malik or Athanor and is pursuing their co-production.
• Films Argos was recently involved with the coverage of Venus Boone in her direction over the rebuild of Spitak after the 1988 earthquake. Furthermore Films Argos is working to develop and attract other foreign productions for the French market.

• Recently we have developed our local activities by creating short commercials for local businesses.
• These are broadcast on web sites such as YouTube and Dailymotion to further enhance their exposure.
• We are also involved in covering live events, conferences and private parties along the French Riviera.

• Pitch : Spitak, Armenian. After the 88's earthquake, wich destroyed the most part of the city, Venus Boone, a dog-handler, decided to go there and help survivors. Few years laters, she came back to Spitak with a camera, decided to point what the white city became.
