Katia Sherman, the president of Major Model Management stopped by our studio last week for a session with our cameras to discuss her agency and the relationship she has with Film Annex and Models WebTV.

Our production and promotion collaboration has allowed the models that we have been fortunate to video the opportunity to be showcased in ways that accentuate the typical comp card many models present at castings to potential clients.

Video portraits, interviews or 'stories' offer an extra glimpse into the character and presence of the the person featured. It gives the client a head start into knowing the model before the casting. Closing the deal early or saving everyone's valuable time if the chemistry is simply not there can be facilitated. This a simple comp card cannot necessarily achieve by itself.

And most importantly, THE FANS. The videos we have created with Katia have allowed us to heavily promote these models to new audiences around the world on Models WebTV who may not have access to Love, Bullett, or Vogue magazines, but can get an internet connection. We have seen through Social Media platforms such as our Facebook fan page with 131,000 fans that there is a voracious appetite for video content.
