A friend of ours recently put out a book of her photography using blurb.com and it looks amazing. They give you the free software (Mac/PC friendly) to let you design the layout using your images. You have all sorts of options in terms of font, backgrounds, hard cover, soft cover etc. You can import images from external sites like flickr, have family or friends import images, and even import text from your blog. And the site will help you sell and distribute the book giving you direct links for order pages. Its worth a look:
