Since we expect to see some new, young artists join the site in the coming weeks, we thought this information about the Art Institute's scholarship programs might be useful to our young artistic members of the community...From the Art Institute, a system of 40 schools across the nation offering degrees and certification in a variety of programs in design, culinary arts, media arts, and fashion. The Art Institutes Passion for Fashion Competition The Passion for Fashion Competition challenges teens to create their own original design, fashion marketing, merchandising, or retail management plan. Grand prize winners will receive a full-tuition scholarship to The Art Institute at which they enter the competition, a trip to New York's Fashion Week, and a "meet and greet" at Seventeen Magazine.
