Blogging on Film Annex is rewarding on many levels. Every blogger gets a Web TV channel where his/her videos and blogs are hosted. The blogger generates revenues on his/her Web TV via the pre-roll advertising on every page. The revenues are impression/view based, so the more blog posts a user has, the higher the revenues are.
Depending on the blogger's writing skills, influence, and BuzzScore, the Film Annex team may ask the blogger to join The Annex Press as a contributor and get paid for every blog post he/she writes. Strong writing skills, interesting topics, and being knowledgeable about those topics help you become a great writer.

To optimize your blog post for search engines, use the right keywords throughout the text. Here are some tips on how to use them efficiently in your posts.
- Try to have the main keyword as the first word in the title. Or just include it in the title.
- In the body (main text), try distributing your keywords in the beginning (first paragraph or the first few sentences). It's the first 255 characters that counts when it comes to search engines.
- Link some of the keywords to related web page.
- Bold the keywords that are important in the blog.
- Is your blog about the 2012 Presidential elections? Then use keywords like "presidential election,"Barack Obama," "Mitt Romney."
If you are writing for the Annex Press, and if we assign you specific topics, there are keywords you will want to use for search optimization purposes and to drive traffic to your blogs. This list is available upon request at info@filmannex.com.
