I had the pleasure of meeting Damien Krisl, a very talented director from Basel, Switzerland, at the La Jolla Fashion Film Festival. The movie he directed 'Amphitrite ~ Underwater Goddess' was a very well received entry in the festival and one of my favorites out of the 60 plus spectacular fashion films entered. The technical challenge to create this film is a very fascinating adventure that would leave many filmmakers, and models running for the exit when discussed in pre production.
Damien is head of the film unit at ECLUMES Studios, which is also producing some outstanding still work under the helm of Joel Cartier.
Damien has recently created his WebTV on the Film Annex Network with 'Amphitrite' being the first of what we hope to be many of his films that we will share and promote to our audience.
