John Lennon movie planned

Artist Sam Taylor-Wood will direct "Nowhere Boy", a film about the life of former Beatle John Lennon. According to Hollywood Reporter, the movie will focus on his childhood and subsequent journey to icon status. The script will detail the influence of Lennon’s mother and aunt on his career, and his burgeoning friendship with Paul McCartney. Filming is set to take place on location in Liverpool.
