Piracy, in 2007 Hollywood lost € 335 millions only in Italy

According to the Italian newspaper “Il Sole 24 Ore”, last year in Italy Hollywood Majors lost € 335 millions because of piracy. For the first time, copyright violations concerning cinema were more than those concerning music. These are only estimates referring to CDs and DVDs: the most important market for unauthorized materials is the Internet.
