Kate and I took a canoe to an isolated island in the Adirondacks a few weeks ago. We watched as the weather turned nasty one afternoon and a tornado formed. As it quickly came over the mountains it formed a microburst on the lake, pulling large amounts of water into the air. It hit us directly; (when we returned across the lake a few day later, witnesses who knew we were out camping were surprised we were alive)

These paintings are my interpretation of the visuals we encountered after having the ultimate recharge.
