YouTube recently made a huge bet to have more original content on its website. With $100 million dollars at their disposal, they managed to grab famous celebrities, video content makers and partners to make more than 100 channels filled with Web-based content.

YouTube has come a very long way from being a site where users just dumped random videos to share with their friends. Now, YouTube expects to turn their image around and become an entertainment giant in a more organized manner.
