Speaking before the UN General Assembly, Israeli President Simon Peres had harsh words for Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad calling him a "living declaration against the charter of the United Nations" for not only calling for the destruction of Israel but also supplying arms to "every terrorist organization in the Middle East.
