Parody on government job creation efforts -Jobs are still the missing ingredient in global economic health, but governments, including US, are ignoring an ever increasing underclass or segment of the population that has become a chronic victim of unemployment.

One economic sector in the United States is doing well though - prisons which have been privatized into corporate enterprises return dividends to shareholders.
