Just days ahead of the high-level Millennium Development Goals Summit, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has announced the latest MDG Gap Task Force saying that although official development assistance was at an all-time high in 2009, there is a current shortfall of about $20 billion for commitments made for this year.
