Human Rights is what we strive for and if fair minded we should be concerned with respect to our fellow men and women. However, the concept of human rights does have an evolving legal definition within international humanitarian law and particularly the UN system - the Human Rights Council and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, (OHCHR).
