The Year of the Dragon is one that is more favored - it depicts strength and good fortune.According to the astrology associated with the Year of the Dragon, it is considered a good opportunity to have a child - as such are favored to become leaders, dominant and with good fortune. Around 10% more babies are expected to be born in many Chinese/Asian communities.
