This was the first film I shot on 16 mm. The project was "composition" as far as I remember. So I tried to create a simple story about a girl who spots an airplane in the sky and makes a plane out of a piece of paper she finds in her pocket. It was a rainy spring day. We shot it on 9th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues in New York. We used an Arri-S camera.
