Carla Gugino Talks About “Elektra Luxx!" I Truly Admire Her!
Independent Films, Talk Shows, Interviews
Carla Gugino (“Watchmen,” “Sucker Punch”) is a revelation! I met her once for Disney’s “Race to Witch Mountain,” and now, she’s shifting gears and entering into the world of porn for the second time in “Elektra Luxx.” It’s a sequel to “Women in Trouble” from writer/director Sebastian Gutierrez.
In this interview, notice how articulate, and smart, and passionate Gugino is as she talks about:
*** The women empowerment theme of the movie
*** The idea behind “Elektra Luxx”
*** Is there going to be a third film in the series?
*** What makes a great filmmaker?
*** How does she collaborate with directors?
*** How she delved into the world of porn for the movie
