Sem Maltsev is a filmmaker born and raised in Moscow, Russia. Now residing in New York City, Sem has channeled his years of experience as an independent film maker and editor in numerous projects for renowned directors including Abel Ferrara, top runway models and Olympic athletes, amongst others. He has also been involved in every aspect of creation of multiple independent short film projects, from start to finish, with Film Annex, an independent film and distribution network located in New York City
