A healthy Dish with Aloe Vera

  • Aloe Vera
  •  2 or 3 sliced Onions                                
  • 3  chopped Tomato’s
  • 1/3 cup  boiled Peas ( optional )
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp Gram masala
  • 1 or 2 green chilies
  • 1/3 tsp red chili 
  • 2 or 3 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1tsp minced garlic
  • 2 cup water



  • If you have aloe Vera plant then you can use it by pilling the green skin and use only transparent aloe Vera. You can use with above material 2or 3 sticks or leaves of aloe Vera.


  • Take a pan and heat oil in it.
  • Add cumin seeds when sputter add ginger, garlic and fry till golden brown.
  • Add sliced onion in it when it become light brown add chopped tomato’s and green chilies  to it.
  • When oil begins to separates add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and gram masala.

After some time add aloe Vera
