Ground beef-1 Kg,onions-2,3fresh greens

(parsley,coriander)salt,black and red roasted peppers,half a cup of rice,grape leaves,dressing,matsun,Garlic - 2 indentation.


Mince meat,wash greens,onions,mince it ,sprinkle  meat with salt, black and red pepper,add minced onions and green,mix,wash the rice, add,Grape leaves into boiling water for a few seconds, then remove and put on the strainer,remove hilts,On each sheet one spoonful ,coil,clamp in boiler ,pour cold water,Cook until rice marinate,Serve with matsun-garlic sauce.
