Over fire meat or fish may increase of risk of cancer

hi good morning friends 

Smoked meat and red meat or fish dipped in greasy oil and covered with a mix of salt chili powder and some spice, before it is cooked directly over fire, is on of the most cause of cancer. When meat or fish is cooked directly over fire, it gets covered with cancer, making it more dangerous than even smoking or consumption of alcohol, 

So friends mostly avoid to the meat or fish which is over fire and stay and keep your good healthily
