Tender Chicken

Step 1: Chicken Marination
Chicken Breast Boneless (Julian Cutting) 1 Kg
Flour 1 Cup
Mix Coating 1 Tbsp

Step 2: Coating
Flour 2 Cups
Corn flour 1 Cup
Baking Powder 1 Tsp
Fresh Black Pepper 1 Tsp
Sugar 1 Tsp
Chilled Water 1 Cup

Step 3: Coating (Optional)
Flour 1 Cup
Eggs 2 Or 3 No’s
Bread Crumbs 1 Pkt


Chicken Marination Process

Marinate the chicken with flour and mix coating. Then leave it for a few minutes in order to marinate properly.

Chicken Coating

Before fry prepare a coating mixture in a bowl by adding flour, corn flour, baking powder, fresh black pepper, sugar and chilled water as required on the quality of the flour. The mixture must be in thickening form in order to coat nicely over chicken. Then deep fry it.

Second Coating Frying Method (Optional)

Place flour in a shallow bowl. Place breadcrumbs in a separate shallow bowl, and mix with ground black pepper. Place eggs and water in a small bowl. One piece at a time, coats the chicken in the flour, the eggs and the bread crumbs, and set aside. In small batches, fry chicken 6 to 8 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove chicken, and drain on paper towels.

Cook Time: 20 Minutes.
Serve Hot.
