Had you have Oatmeal yesterday? Yes, yesterday 29th October was the day to celebrate National Oatmeal day. Normally I and my hubby have Oat in breakfast every day. May be some day can be exceptional, but we mostly try to have such healthy food always. Sometime my little girl also demands to eat that leaving her cornflakes; because we make our Oat breakfast very tasty. In fact we don’t take oat as meal but our oat breakfast is very heavy and can be treated as meal too. By the way, yesterday we had same breakfast of oat with apple and banana fruit punch. And we added some “Bournvita” health drink powder for a nice chocolate flavour and topped with flaxseeds. This is the healthiest start ever for us we do every day. So what you do in your breakfast or in lunch to fulfil your healthy need. Do you put the healthy Oats in your eating list?
