Wyatt Park.
Small bio. Formed by the sound engineer Andrew Wyatt, the New York trio Fires of Rome gives the electro rock trend. After his class behind the console of Downtown Records to Princess Superstar, Nas, Just Jack and Mark Ronson, Andrew decides to go through the mirror of the studio to form his own group. Greg Kurstin (The Bird and the Bee), it creates the ephemeral Funkraphiliacs. Then in 2002, he participated as a bass player in The AM, a group of former coaches Jeff Buckley, Michael Tighe and Parker Kindred. Training a glam rock album namesake book the following year. And it finally joins the 2006 Andrew Gunnar Olsen multi-instrumentalist (keyboards, percussion) and bassist Matthew Krantz. The trio Fires of Rome is well on his way to scour the clubs in New York. What follows is a first EP, Set in Stone (riff and sharp shower of synths), remixed by M83, which precedes the album You Kingdom You. Released in February 2009 under the label The Hours, it demonstrates that the formula enriched with Fires of Rome is often effective and complex, with hit-pieces sometimes. Maintains a summary shifted.
